PROFESSIONAL FOUNDATIONS IN HUD MULTIFAMILY COMPLIANCE

Gain a clear understanding of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development multifamily housing requirements. This session provides an overview of eligibility, screening requirements, income and rent calculations, verification, rental assistance, and recertifications so property managers can operate confidently and stay compliant from day one.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS TRAINING

This training provides property managers with practical knowledge and regulatory context needed to successfully oversee a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development multifamily property.

  • Understand core eligibility requirements for applicants and households

Note: This training will be conducted post-HOTMA and will cover any applicable HOTMA requirements only. Pre-HOTMA requirements will not be addressed.
