HUD ACCREDITED COMPLIANCE EXPERT (ACE)

Participants will have the opportunity to take the US Housing Consultants’ HUD Accredited Compliance Expert (ACE) exam. This certification recognizes affordable housing professionals who demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HUD Multifamily Housing Compliance — including household eligibility, rent and income and asset calculations, verification procedures, and other applicable program requirements.

Professionals who earn this designation have proven their expertise in applying HUD rules and regulations to real-world scenarios. They possess a deep understanding of how to accurately determine household eligibility, calculate rents, ensure proper documentation, and maintain compliance with HUD’s multifamily housing standards.
