Our USDA Rural Development (RD) training provides essential guidance to help owners and agents stay compliant with evolving regulations. RD programs support vulnerable rural families, and maintaining compliance is critical to protect properties, funding, and the residents who rely on their apartments for their homes.
Our training provides a clear, practical review of USDA Rural Development regulations, using real-world examples and hands-on exercises to ensure a strong understanding of both how to maintain compliance and why it matters. Our trainer will guide attendees through the steps of determining eligibility—from processing applications and evaluating student status to calculating income, assets, and recertification requirements.
